What injuries can I claim for?
You do not have to sustain a serious injury to be entitled to make a compensation claim. You are entitled in law to be compensated for any injury arising out of a non-fault accident which you sustain which can include cuts, bruises and soft tissue injuries such as whiplash. Is there a time limit on submitting a claim for personal injuries

Should I have reported my injuries to my GP or hospital?
Yes. If your injuries have not required medical attention then it is unlikely that your claim will reach the required level in order to bring a case .
How can a claim cost me nothing?
We appoint dedicated solicitors who agree to enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement in relation to their legal costs and take out an Insurance Policy to protect you against any other potential costs.
